Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Wahat Games FZ-LLC, in5 Media, EO07, IMPZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”), for No Prod AI: the desktop app, your account, and the online services around it — sign-in, licensing, updates, support and the AI generations paid for in credits. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. Our privacy notice says what we do with your details.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. If you use No Prod AI for a company, you accept these terms for it and confirm you may do so.

Your account

  • Give accurate details, keep them up to date, and keep your sign-in to yourself.
  • An account is for one person. What happens on it is your responsibility.
  • Tell us at hello@noprod.ai if you think someone else has used it.

The free trial

A new account gets the whole app free for 14 days, with no card needed. The trial brings no credits. When it ends, the app asks you to choose a plan; nothing is charged unless you do.

Plans, payment and renewal

  • Prices are on the pricing page and in the app. Taxes such as VAT are added where they are due and shown before you pay.
  • Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see your card number.
  • A plan renews automatically — every month, or every year if you chose yearly — and is charged in advance at the start of each period, until you cancel.
  • If we change a price, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first. A change never applies to a period already paid.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for a while. If it still fails, the plan ends and the app stops working until a plan is active again; your files stay on your computer.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the app (Settings → Subscription), which opens Stripe’s billing page. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, then ends; it is not renewed again. You can also change plan there; the difference is charged or credited pro rata, and Stripe shows the amount before you confirm.

Refunds

The free trial is the way to try No Prod AI before paying, so payments are generally not refunded. Two exceptions, each asked for by email within 14 days of the charge:

  • A top-up none of whose credits have been spent is refunded in full.
  • A yearly renewal you meant to cancel is refunded in full if no credits from the new year have been spent, and the plan ends.

Monthly charges and partly used periods are not refunded, and cancelling does not refund the rest of a period. Nothing here takes away a right to a refund or remedy that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived.

Credits

Credits pay for what is made on other companies’ computers rather than yours — a picture, a video clip, music or a sound effect from an AI model. Editing, captions, cutting, rendering and publishing never use them.

  • Every generation shows its price in credits before it is made, and nothing is spent until you press to make it. A generation that fails costs nothing: its credits come back.
  • A plan’s monthly credits last until the end of that month of the plan and do not roll over. Top-up credits are sold on the Ultra plan only, last 12 months from purchase, and are used once the month’s credits run out. If your plan ends, unused top-up credits are kept and usable again when a plan is.
  • Credits are not money: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not refunded except as said under Refunds. They end when your account is deleted.
  • The models offered, and what each costs in credits, follow what they cost us and may change; a change only applies to generations ordered after it.

Your licence, and your computer

While your trial or plan lasts, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the app. A plan covers one computer at a time; you can move it to another, at most once every 30 days. The app recognises a computer by an identifier derived from its hardware, which never leaves it in readable form.

You may not copy, resell, rent out or redistribute the app, take it apart to get around its licensing, or use it to build a competing product.

What is yours

Your recordings, and everything you make from them with No Prod AI, are yours. The app works on your own computer, so we never receive them. What you make with AI generations is yours too, as far as the law allows; be aware that AI output may not be protected by copyright everywhere, and may resemble what others make.

The app, this site, the name No Prod AI and its branding are ours. Feedback you send — a bug report, an idea, a comment — we may use to improve the product, with no obligation to you.

Testimonials

You can send us a short video testimonial from the app. Sending one means agreeing to this, exactly as the app shows it:

“I agree that No Prod AI may use this video, my name and what I say in it to promote No Prod AI — on its website, in the app and on all of its social media accounts, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X — for as long as No Prod AI chooses, until I ask for it to be removed. I confirm I am 18 or older, that I am the person in the video, and that I have the right to share everything in it.”

It is free of charge and worldwide. We review each one and decide whether to publish it, ask you for changes, or decline it. We keep a record of your consent as proof of it — see the privacy notice.

To withdraw, use Withdraw on the testimonial in the app, delete it there, or email hello@noprod.ai. We then take it down from the website and the app and stop using it in new posts; posts already published on social media are removed where the platform allows.

Your first approved testimonial earns one free month — of the No Prod AI plan if you are not subscribed, or of your plan if you are — and 2,000 credits valid 12 months, usable while subscribed. Once per account, at our discretion, with no cash value.

Using it fairly

You are responsible for what you record, make and publish. You agree not to use No Prod AI to:

  • record or publish people without the consent the law requires, or use material you do not have the rights to;
  • make anything illegal, sexual content involving minors, or content that harasses, threatens or defames someone;
  • make a realistic likeness or voice of a real person to deceive, or in sexual content, without their consent;
  • break the rules of the AI models it uses, or of the platforms you publish to;
  • interfere with our services — by overloading them, probing them, or getting around credits, limits or licensing.

We may refuse a generation, and suspend or close an account, that breaks these rules.

Other companies’ services

When you publish, the app posts straight from your computer to the platform you connected — YouTube, TikTok, a podcast host or another — under that platform’s own terms, which you accept with it. AI generations are made by fal.ai and the model providers it runs; the prompt and any starting picture or clip go to them for that generation only. The app also fetches tools such as FFmpeg and AI models from where their makers publish them, under their own licences. We do not control these services and are not responsible for them, or for a platform changing or ending what it allows.

Support and updates

What support comes with each plan is on the pricing page. We improve No Prod AI continually and may add, change or remove features; the app updates itself, and an old version may stop working with our services once a newer one is out.

Ending it

You can stop using No Prod AI at any time, and delete your account from the app (Settings → Profile → Danger zone) or ask us to by email. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts our services or other people at risk; where we can, we tell you first and why. If we ever stop offering No Prod AI, we will tell you at least 30 days before, and refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

No warranty

No Prod AI is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that what AI makes will be accurate. Keep your own copies of anything that matters.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost recordings, data, earnings, audience or time — and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for fraud, or a consumer’s statutory rights.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we tell everyone with an account by email or in the app at least 30 days before the change applies. Using No Prod AI after that means accepting the new terms; if you do not, cancel before then. The date above is when they last changed.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, whose courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and may also bring a claim there.
