These terms cover this website and the No Prod AI alpha programme. They are an agreement between you and Wahat Games FZ-LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). By asking for an alpha seat you accept them.
The alpha
The alpha is open, and access to it is limited to a small number of creators. Asking for a seat does not guarantee one: we decide who receives them and in what order. The alpha is pre-release software, and we may change the programme, the software, or end either, at any time and without notice.
Pre-release software is expected to have defects. Keep your own copies of anything you care about, and do not rely on the alpha for work you cannot afford to redo.
Your side
- Give us details that are accurate, and tell us if they change.
- Only record and process material you have the right to — including the consent of anyone who appears or speaks in it. What you record is your responsibility, not ours.
- Do not resell, rent out or redistribute the alpha software, and do not attempt to defeat its licensing.
- If you have it publish on your behalf, you remain responsible for what is published and for keeping to the rules of the platform it goes to.
What stays yours, and what stays ours
Your recordings and everything produced from them are yours. We claim no rights over them, and because the software runs on your own computer we never receive them in the first place.
The software, this site, the name and the branding remain ours. The alpha grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the software while the programme runs, and nothing more.
Feedback you send us — bug reports, suggestions, complaints — we may use freely to improve the product, with no obligation to you.
No warranty
The alpha is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost recordings, lost earnings, lost time, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the alpha. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You can leave the alpha at any time by emailing us; we will remove your details. We may withdraw a seat at any time, in particular where these terms are broken.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product moves towards release. The date above is when they last changed, and material changes will be sent to alpha members by email.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.
