To another editor
Let it do the rough work, then finish in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
No Prod AI does the hours of syncing, cleaning, cutting and switching. When you want to finish in the editor you already know, the edit goes there as a timeline it imports — not a flattened video.

How it goes
- 1
The edit as it plays
Switched-off sections taken out, so the timeline matches what you watched.
- 2
Every camera on its track
The angle on screen switched on, the other angles there and switched off, ready to swap.
- 3
Movement and sound as keyframes
Zooms as picture keyframes; levels, fades and the automatic mix as volume keyframes; dissolves where there were transitions.
- 4
Chapters and captions
Chapters as markers, and the captions as an .srt file beside the timeline.
And back again
A timeline either editor exports opens as a new edit, each file found in your library by path or by name.
Colour stays with each editor
Grading does not travel in either direction — each has its own — and titles and captions do not come back.
From the Export panel
One button for each editor in the app’s Export panel, or from the command line.
Questions
Which formats does it write?
FCP 7 XML, which Premiere Pro imports, and FCPXML, which DaVinci Resolve imports, with captions as an .srt file beside them.
Does the colour grade come across?
No. Each editor grades in its own way, so the timeline carries the cuts, cameras, keyframes, transitions and markers, and the grade is done there.
